Calibrated-volume chamber

Simple cylindrical chamber with visible reference markings. It is an experimental volume reference, not yet an experimentally validated dose meter.

Mechanical reorientation of the distal outlet without rotating the entire external shaft. Angular range should follow the actual mechanism and application requirements.
